The object of study is an occupied building then reducing energy consumption while maintaining or improving human comfort, health and safety are of primary concern. Beyond simply identifying the sources of energy use, an energy audit seeks to prioritize the energy uses according to the greatest to least cost effective opportunities for energy savings.

An energy audit identifies where energy is being consumed and assesses energy saving opportunities – so Client get to save money where it counts the most.

All aspect both management and staff need to be reminded about wastage energy awareness and how to optimized energy usage. This only can be done from the training, continuous practice and support form top management and below.

In the factory, office buildings, malls, hospitals, schools/university, doing an energy audit increases awareness of energy issues among plant personnel, making them more knowledgeable about proper practices that will make them more productive. Sinergy will share the knowledge of best practice of the energy usage in the facilities and will do the tracking of the yearly progress against Client’s targets; an energy audit becomes the best first step towards SAVING MONEY in the facilities.

  1. ANALYSIS AND CLASSIFICATION OF ENERGY USE

Sinergy will identify and classify where the energy is used. This is useful because it identifies which areas the audit should focus on and raises awareness of energy use and cost. The results of the analysis can be used in the review of management structures and procedures for controlling energy use.

This analysis of energy use will be done by our experienced personnel in facilities locations and will pinpoint actual energy usage per area, starting from the actual data that will be share by the Client and data which will be collected by our personnel by using some of our equipment which will be installed at the facilities. The source data will be used for allocating energy use.

  1. IDENTIFICATION OF ENERGY PROJECTS

Sinergi will see the opportunities for energy savings that possibly will range from the simplest, such as lighting retrofits, to the most complex such as the installation of a cogeneration plant.

Sinergi will focus on major energy users and areas by focusing on opportunities that provide 80% of the saving but require 20% input. After the preliminary identification of opportunities, spend more time on those, which have shorter payback periods.

  1. COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS

The identified energy conservation opportunities should be analyzed in terms of the costs of implementing the project versus the benefits that can be gained.

  1. ACTION PLAN TO SET IMPLEMENTATION PRIORITY

After passing the cost benefit test, Sinergi will suggest the action plan that should be developed by Client to ensure that the opportunities identified are implemented.

The action plan should include all the major steps for implementing the opportunity as well as the people responsible. Furthermore, there should be a plan for monitoring the results. Sinergi will ensure our personnel on tracking and monitoring the energy usage.
